I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for almost 4 years. With my experience I developed my English communication skills working with dynamic companies that deal with Customer Service, Technical and Sales. Working with these accounts I learned several skills like SEO, Data mining, Link building, managing Infusionsoft, creating tags, Email blasts, Wordpress , And with my wide experience with sales taught me how to be an effective sales person; To not just focus on the customers logical needs but also to cover customers unstated needs (Wants and Interests). To ask relevant, discovery questions to identify what they want and need. I was once connected to a Real Estate company. As a customer service representative one of my task is to run a property concierge search.basically a Real Estate agent that helps our members to find real estate investment properties to purchase. Then the company funds their loans. I received an email with an application when a new member joins. then I search our database of real estate agents in the member's area and connect them by sending an email or two. If I don't have any existing real estate agents in the member's area, I would do some simple data mining to find more until one of them agrees to become the Property Concierge for our member. I also communicates with our members via email/Facebook/Linkedin to answer questions they have about the program and to update them on the progress. Part of my tasks is to do SEO and Link Building. I also have good experience using Infusionsoft, 1shoppingcart,Wordpress List machine pro. Before working online or Odesk I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for total of (4) Four years. I've been assigned to various account such as Linksys for 1 year, as a Technical Support Specialist, and EXPEDIA as a Sales Support Specialist for 3 Years.
I am very good in gathering information as a researcher and it also helps me a lot on my communication skills that enable me to gain more knowledge that would lead each conversation with my client or customer to be productive resulting to a positive outcome.
