As I've mentioned above, working in call centers in the past 5 years gave me the experiences I need to be a flexible at almost everything.
I've worked as a customer service representative for Charter Communications, dealing with billing issues and appointment settings that was under the company, Teletech.
I've been a telemarketer for Telstra Mobile Network Australia for a couple of months before I landed the job as a Technical Support Representative for AT&T internet services.
I'm currently working with Focus Direct as a Quality Assurance Specialist which I really love, since I'm able to hone my skills in coaching agents, finding errors and talking directly to our clients and this is what I've been doing in the past 3 years.
Although I'm just looking for a part-time job or should I say a second job, I just want it to be a long term job because it will definitely help me pay the bills.
With my twists and turns in the call center industry I know I can definitely be of an asset to the company with my perseverance, my ability to learn quickly and capabilities to be a good employee.
“For years, I maxed out my hours, got burnt out, and the quality of my work would start to go down. I decided to take the leap, hire correctly, and now it frees up my time to focus on growing the business.”
