I am currently working in a BPO company as a Process Trainer for a Telecommunications and Media Company. I got the position after a year of being an agent and POC (Point-of-Contact) for a special product which requires special attention to detail from its entry to its completion. Before working for this company, I worked as an Administrative Assistant for a construction business that my father and his partners previously pulled together and mainly dealt with the completion of Telecommunications projects locally.
