Profile Description

I work as a billing secretary before for 2 years
at the Tricare clinic, it was a very challenging field since I handle medical supplies
and medicines
that I have to do an inventory for all in and out supplies and have to do a billing report for all the patient that we ---------- s a multi tasking Job that I handle but I enjoy and learn at lot even My course is not related in the field but I was able to prove my self that i can do it. After the Clinic was close I started working at the BPO as a customer service
for 8 year now
I was handling inbound calls
I took a sales training as well
at the same time and for the decade of working in a call center I was promoted as a Senior Representative
I was able to handle a team and be more productive since I have a new task than before that I am just taking calls. I was able to manage and help are team to be on top. I can work without supervision. I always want to work with a long term and stable Job.
