01 Communications Skills - I have good English communication skills (listening, verbal and written) since I've been working in the call center industry for almost five years serving American and British clients.
02 Analytical/Research Skills - Having worked in the call center industry, it developed my analytical / research skills since we need to assess a customer's situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather more information if necessary, and identify key issues that need to be addressed.
03 Computer/Technical Literacy - I am proficient in computer hardware and software especially in word processing, spreadsheets and email. I'm very proficient accounting and bookkeeping with the use of QuickBooks - an accounting software. My typing speed is 30 wpm.
04 Flexibility in Managing Multiple Priorities - I am able to to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
05 Multicultural Sensitivity - My experience in the call center industry has developed my sensitivity and awareness to other people and cultures since we also receive a lot of calls from other English speaking people around the Upgrade to see actual info the companies that I worked with before, I have attended American and British Culture Seminars.
06 Problem-Solving - I am able to find solutions to problems using my creativity, reasoning, and past experiences along with the available information and resources.
