I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative for a leading U.S.-based insurance company through a third-party call center in the Philippines that handled healthcare accounts. I was part of the Dental Provider Department for 1 year and 7 months, assisting healthcare providers in verifying patients' dental insurance, benefits, eligibility, and claims. During this time, I had the opportunity to join the training team, where I helped new employees understand the complexities of dental insurance, benefits, and claims processing. With my experience, I have gained in-depth knowledge of the following: 

* ADA Codes – From preventive services to orthodontia
* Provider Network Participation – In-network, partially in-network, out-of-network
* PPO Plans Overlay, MAC
* Contracted Rates, Maximum Allowable Charge, Maximum Reimbursable Charge
* Insurance Terms – Deductibles, Individual/Family Maximums, Lifetime Maximums, Co-Insurance
* Dental X-rays & Required Documents – For claims processing
* Pre-Authorization/ Pre-Treatment Estimates
* Missing Tooth Clause & Limitations
* Explanation of Benefits (EOB), Coordination of Benefits (COB)
