In sales, I can assist customers in determining what they really need and uncovering their emotional needs as well. I can help them decide what product to buy that best suits for their circumstance. In customer service, I know how to listen to customers and resolving their issues. I emphatize to customers who need emphaty and at the same time building rapport with them as a transition of changing their mood from angry customers to happy customers. Of course for irate customers I will let them vent out their frustrations afterwhich I will ask for an apology and immediately proceed to solving their issue. For technical support I know how to make a customer understand me and can follow the steps needed to do to resolve the issue. No matter how technical the issue is, I know how to utilize my resources to resolve it. My strong points are I can communicate in english effectively and know how to handle all types of customers.
