Profile Description

I have a lot of customer service experiences in the U.S.A . I have worked at Z Mortgage as a telemarketer, where I do outbound sales. For two years, i worked as the manager, staff and simply an all around employee for Farrah's Sunwear, a sunglasses store that consists of 2 kiosks each for two different malls in my area in two different site with roughly 5 to 10 staff under my supervision. I was in-charge of doing inventories, payroll, scheduling and other managerial stuff. I have worked at Wendy's as an all around employee and a drive-thru trainer with which includes customer service. Here in the Philippines, i have worked in two call center companies. First at CitiGroup Business Processing Solutions where we handled back-end transactions. And at Aegis PeopleSupport as a customer representative for Verizon Business Conferencing. I have met different situation in handling customers/clients. I know that with all my experiences I am well equipped to work for your company and be an asset. I am willing to learn new things and at the same time share and apply my knowledge with handling customers/clients.
