I had an experience being a real estate assistant (Broker Price Opinion) for different states. I know several task like how to put data on some of the bank website such as VSS, IAS, IREP, LPS/LSI, Equator, AMN and etc. I encounter different MLS and I also do pulling comps in different state such as NORTH and SOUTH CAROLINA (Tempo MLS), CALIFORNIA (Sandicor MLS), INNOVIA MLS, NAVICA MLS,TEXAS, WASHINGTON (TheMLS) and MLXCHANGE MLS. I do also different BPO's such as Initial, updated, Driveby, MSR, MMR and Fannie Mae.
