Ive been working as a I.t Support in a call center for 4 years, doing computer maintenance and trouble shooting in networks and dialer(Asterisk based GOAUTODIAL). And Ive work also as a I.T support in a company from Singapore, doing POS(POINT OF SALE SYSTEM) installation and support via remote desktop using team viewer. also doing support on windows xp,vista,7 and 8. I have also basic knowledge in SQL EXPRESS 2008 and also IIS(Internet Information Services).
