Profile Description

One of the lead in the implementation of the Men’s Responsibilities in Gender and Development (MR GAD) in Davao City tasked with the following:
1. Oversees the day to day operations of the research and training desk;
2. Determines the training needs of partners including community-
based organizations; beneficiaries and human resources;
3. Designs and implements the training syllabi and curricula;
4. Individual organization needs identification and intervention;
5. Develops / improves training materials;
6. Plans and coordinates training schedules;
7. Facilitates and conducts trainings;
8. Contacts and synchronizes schedules of resource speakers;
9. Conducts monitoring and evaluation of the training output and outcomes;
10. Ensures proper documentation of the training;
11. Writes the summary report of the training and causes for its binding
and soft publication (for the partner institutions)
