My name is Marissa Gorgonio. And I am from the Philippines. I have a very wide experience in Customer Service, Lead-Generation, Appointment Setting, Social Media Management, Billing, Sales and Technical Support. Inbound and outbound.

I have approximately 10 years of experience and by that I am very knowledgeable with different types of dialers and software.

My previous jobs had me working with different types of CRM in which I have created and managed customer profiles and accounts such as ---------- , Service Titan, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Vagaro, RIO, Clarify and OMS.

I have experience in cold calling. Calling potential clients, introducing products and schedule appointments using Quo also known as, OpenPhone, Callrail and Thumbtack. I have good convincing skills which eventually turn into appointment bookings, signed leases and successful closed sales.

I am proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva, enabling me to create visually appealing content that enhances brand identity. I thrive in fast-paced environments, seamlessly managing tasks while prioritizing client satisfaction. Whether you need administrative support, video editing, or effective communication strategies, I have the expertise to help streamline your operations and boost productivity.
