I used to work in call center here in the Philippines for American companies such as American Express, HSBC, and Verizon. I was with customer support for both American Express and HSBC, and doing IP-Relay for Verizon. When I was in HSBC Bank, I had high quality scores, so when HSBC-Fraud Division was opened here in the Philippines, I was transferred from customer service to the Fraud Department to help the department do its job. So when it comes to customer service, I think and I know I can do such. I can also work with some computer technicals and networking since I am very familiar with it.
