I've been exposed to provide technical support for internet service providers over the phone.I supported AT&T customers using both apple and windows based computers for a year. I transferred to a different company which supported Roadrunner Internet from Time Warner Cable. I was taking calls and provided technical support for customer for a year. I was then promoted as a senior support representative; mentoring other agents, participating on client call conference, and doing client escalation support A little over 9months I was then promoted as a team leader who supervised 20 agents to achieve and/or exceed client set goals and metrics. With these experienced I was exposed to ISP support and networking, windows and apple computers, ms office, anti-virus softwares, client interaction, managing people and a little about PHP, to name a few.
But I graduated from college with a degree in BS Chemical Engineering. I am very dynamic and i always want to learn something new. I am not limited to technical support. I am a fast-learner and if you have a different job for me, i'm pretty sure it's something i can do with enthusiasm.
