Over the last year, I have worked in the call center industry and have been tallied with good accounts.
I've been with Dapitan Exponent Shared Services for 6 months dealing with outgoing calls, appointment settings and lead generation. The job was to call leads all over the US rendering our services if they are having hardships in paying their mortgages setting them with appointments with our financial analysts. I also have experience in generating lead through web researching for the Doctor Resource account.
On the other hand, I have also been with Qualfon Philippines Inc., as a Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative. The company's products that I acquired knowledge with were Tracfone, Net10 phones and Safelink Wireless phones in the US. I have been with them for almost 6 months. As a customer/technical support representative, I receive calls from customers who have several issues and queries regarding our products. I was then trained to join the customer retention team where we assist customers who were not able to make and receive calls technically, customers who were having nonfunctional or defective
phones and customers whose phones have been lost or stolen.
The same with Tracfone and Net10 phones, I also have experience working with Red Pocket Mobile. It is a telecommunication company in the US. I worked in this company as an English CS Consultant and as a Telecom Operator. I do Email support, Chat support and Voice support. I did this as a home-based job.
I am familiar with Eye Beam Dialer, Vicidial, WEBCSR, and the Avaya. I also have experiences as a virtual assistant for the OpenSource Connections company. I used Basedcamps and Highrise tools for this work. Moreover, I can type 45 up to 50 texts per minute.
My English Skill is adept, both verbal and written. I am organized, time flexible, can do multi-tasking, reliable, and willing to learn something new. I can work with less supervision and only provide quality service.
