I am a person that gives priority on accuracy and speed in doing work, giving clients the satisfaction they look for. I will to my best to provide quality result and meet my employers' expectations. I give importance to integrity and I will never do anything to compromise the trust that employers give me.
I believe to be competent enough to work in providing various small business support services. Some of the tasks I could handle effectively are Customer Service jobs, Chat Support, E-mail Management and Support, Internet Research, and also Data Entry and Data Mining work. I assure an honest and dedicated service. I am flexible and easy to get along with. I can work weekends and even holidays to meet tight demands.
I have an extensive background in Customer Service, having done customer support work for two years (handling e-mails and phone calls). I am very well versed in Microsoft Office applications, can type over 40 words per minute, and feel very comfortable researching on the internet.
