I can play the guitar, though I'm not quite good at singing. I can paint, draw and sketch (though I know most people can actually do this as well). Hmmm, let me see, I used to work as a technical support for a satellite dish company. Because of that, I have lots of patience (smile!), I can handle intense pressure, and be able to work gracefully. I'm trained to meet deadlines, multitask and pacify people who are about to commit murder because the remote control is not working. After this stint, I got into online education industry which means that I am also experienced in tutorials mostly in English for IELTS, TOEFL and other English education programs for Non-English speakers. Finally, I worked for one of the top IT companies which caters to computers, laptops, printers and other IT-related services. I was trained to provide a resolution within a specific time frame and to provide this service with quality and not compromising the image of the company. My multitasking skills were leveled-up because I was on the phone, while doing some remote troubleshooting on the desktop and answering some questions of my superior while engaged in an inter-office chat conference, and typing some instructions on my email as well for another person's problems.
