AI Automation & Systems Specialist with 15+ years of experience building the systems the industry now calls "AI automation" — long before the term existed. I design end-to-end automation pipelines using n8n, Make, and Zapier, build AI voice agents and chatbots with ElevenLabs and VAPI, and develop RAG-based knowledge systems so AI agents respond accurately using business-specific data. I'm hands-on with the Claude API and Claude Code for AI agent development, and I use Lovable to rapidly build internal tools and apps without a full dev cycle.
My background spans CRM automation (Go High Level, Clio, Lawmatics, MyCase, Practice Panther), API integrations between platforms, Google Apps Script for workflow and reporting automation, and full-stack systems design — including architecting a custom enrollment platform from scratch back in 2010. Most recently, I've been engineering intake-to-reporting AI automation pipelines for a legal services firm, cutting manual processing time significantly.
