Being able to learn and practice recruitment for six (6) years, I have developed skills on:
1. Conducting behavioral interviews - part of my current job as HR Associate is to do phone interviews and face-to-face assessment
2. Documentation - I have been using MS Excel to track important information and to create reports as well
3. Communicating with other people using English - my work in Sykes Asia gave me an opportunity to enhance my skills in English. I deal not just with applicants but with managers as well
4. Problem Solving - I have experienced handling escalation emails from managers on hiring/selection related issues
5. Customer Service - Applicants are considered customers of a company. I have been trained to build rapport and deliver quality service to our applicants
