I have been a contact center agent for around 9 months. My first 3 months was on Arriba Telecontact. I was a sales agent and we contact potential customers for our product. The second company I worked for was Convergys Philippines. I was under Sprint account and we are what they call " Hybrid Agents" because we do almost everything, from customer service, billing, technical assistance and sales. I also worked as Data Entry Operator for a research group.
