for desktop applications, i'll be using Qt (http://trolltech.com or http://qt.nokia.com) so i could deploy to any Operating System including the mobile applications such as iPhone and Android.
for web-based applications, i could say i'm an expert in PHP, jQuery, jQuery UI, javascripts, AJAX, CSS, HTMLs, and even a XFBML (Facebook programming for their fan page). i could also make e-Commerce sites and also use Paypal in Facebook Fan Page.
