I am currently working for more than a year at my first call center job as a customer service associate. I am a computer literate person and i am updated when it comes to the latest technology. I am also knowledgeable when it comes to Microsoft office applications. These skills gave me a lot of advantage for my first time job. After 2 months of being employed i already received recognition for my work being one of the top performers. I was also tasked to help my co-workers to improve the account's performance.
