Through my previous jobs, I was able to learn the work values and ethics and developed some skills like when I was an Encoder/Administrative Assistant, I was able to learn the basic functions of an Administrative Staff and improved my inter-personal and public relation skills as well as my computer literacy, I was able to learn the basic method in managing the operation in certain area through observing and interacting with my superiors.
And there are also times that I was in-charged during the absence of my supervisor and during those times I was able to develop my decision-making skills.
When I was working in a manufacturing company, we were assigned in different tasks and mostly I was assigned in inspection in which I was able to develop my ability to be keen and accurate with details
And since it is a manufacturing company, we were trained to meet our daily quota which made me a result-oriented person.
Currently, I am working as a Document Controller in which it enhance more my organizing skills. Also, here I am able to learn some of computer troubleshooting. If ever there are still some matters, in connection to the position I am applying, that I haven't learned yet I am willing to be trained
