Profile Description

I have been working since 2008 in a call center industry. I already have experience working at home as a full time telemarketer for an Australian Energy account. I am very flexible because I've handled many different accounts from US to Australian accounts. My previous work was with Stellar Global Solutions. I was an outbound collections agent for almost 5 months and handled an Australian Energy account. Prior to that, I've work as an outbound sales agent for 4 months at Acquire Asia Pacific, in which I've handled an Australian telecommunications account. Prior to working as an outbound sales agent, I have been a technical support representative at Sykes Asia Inc. for almost 11months and handled a US camera hardware account. And lastly my first work would be as a customer support representative for a US medical account at APAC Customer Services. I've handled 2 accounts when I was working with APAC for 7 months.
I believe that I can do any job as long as I have enough knowledge about the account that is going to be given to me. I can multi-task and like to discover or learn things on my own as well. I have an average typing speed of 48-50 wpm. I have knowledge and background in using the Internet, Basic Computer Troubleshooting, using computer software such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
