I have excellent skills in computer and office application software, I was granted a National Certificate Level II in PC Operations which will serve as my eligibility in performing computer related tasks, I have excellent Customer Service and V.A. Skills which were honed in my previous working experiences as a Customer Service Representative and a Virtual Assistant at the same time. In my previous jobs, I did lead generation, telemarketing, inbound customer service, data entry, data mining, reports, leads and sales funnel management, craigslist marketing, did research work, and online marketing and management of company & employees' facebook and twitter accounts, also worked day and night shifts. I also happen to have basic knowledge in HTML, basic video editing and more!
