CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER * Accounts Manager
1. Reports directly to the CEO.
2. Monitors and supervises the three departments assigned. Approves forecasted revenues.
3. Monitors and supervises Account Managers, Production Leaders and Team Leaders of the three departments assigned.
4. Sets the monthly revenue and production quota of the departments assigned ensures that they are met.
5. Monitor’s agent’s conduct and behavior in the office by checking that memos are issued per offense committed.
6. Recommends solutions or plan of actions to effectively handle erring agents, ineffective leaders and non working campaigns.
7. Recommends for the promotion or demotion and salary increases
of employees within the departments assigned.
8. Makes sure that the Absentee Ratio does not exceed.15 for each department.
9. Reports to the CEO on a weekly basis the over-all status of the department’s performance.
10. Coordinates and approves agent transfers, both interdepartmental and intradepartmental transfers and assignment of trainees.
11. Meets with the department leaders regularly and informs them with new rules and regulations initiated by the company.
12. Monthly aims for a 100% Client Retention Rate, Revenue per employee at $2,000 (or whatever is acceptable), and no outstanding collections from the clients.
13. Identifies potential client concerns and proactively resolves them.
14. Consistently promote and implement a high standard of QA practices.
15. Monitors incentive distribution are fair across the departments and prepares the leaders incentives.
16. Monthly ensures that all collections are met from the revenue forecasted
