As a customer service representative I was able to enhance my computer skills. Since we need to do multitasking. We need to answer every customer query and document it at the same time by making an interaction notes between the representative and the customer. So I can definitely assure you that I can type words as fast as I can might not be near to perfection but close to it. I am focused with my job I have to see to it that I can finished everything neatly and on a timely manner. Im a computer literate person. If given a chance that you will hire me, with arms wide open I'll accept the opportunity you will give me and will be able to help your company in anyway I can.
