Profile Description

I work in a BPO company as a non-voice customer support representative. In relation to my job, my work is more on handling customer queries through e-mail. Part of my job is I am more familiar in working with word documents and excel sheets in generating reports.
I prefer takin Admin Support jobs specifically data entry and e-mail handling. I would also like to try blogging/writing and working with HTML and web pages though, I could say I am still an amateur at such but,I would like to develop my interest in skills in them.
Delivering client's desired results is my priority. I would like to get a job which will not only improve my skills but will give me an added knowledge may it be within my preferred scope of work or not.
