Profile Description

I am a result-oriented professional with 7 years travel/tourism UAE (United Arab Emirates) experience from year 2004 to year 2011. Scope of work includes and not limited to daily communication with clients either by phone or email, discuss client requirements and advise suitable options, handling reservations for hotels around UAE, collect payments and issue accommodation vouchers and all relevant documentation, assist with changes with travel changes and bookings when required, coordinating daily with hotel affiliates, process manual debiting of credit cards in the case of unsuccessful online payment of bookings, engage in resolving customer complaints, and acts as an officer in charge in the absence of the reservation manager.
I have also worked as a data analyst in a firm in Manila back from year 2001 to year 2004. Scope of work includes in the analysis of documents regarding international trade, investments and company profiles, data entry of information on such documents and processing of all related information and assist the team leader in finalizing full check orders which includes quality auditing made by fellow team.
I have also few experiences with working online through Upwork.com being a travel agent and a data entry staff. Additionally, I also have just completed a research work consist of 500 blogs, each blog given in a Microsoft Excel format should be filled with information such as its associated social media sites and city location. This job has been done through Upwork.com.
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Negros Oriental State University in the Philippines with a Certificate of Academic Excellence, Cum Laude on the year 2001 together with my previous experiences in which daily routines includes computer operations, makes me effective in the mentioned available post.
