I am presently working as a Flight Attendant Manager and Trainer in an airline based in the Caribbean. I have an extensive work experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. I have a broad practice in training and development in an international setting and standards. I have worked with, managed and trained people from different countries with diverse cultures, personalities and work attitudes. I pioneered two airline companies for the past 5 years and developed training programs and also managed classroom and hands-on training.
