I Have been a part of a Business Process Outsourcing company for more than 2 years with the role as a Senior sales representative for a retention department in one of the US Internet service provider (Earthlink), I have also been in a role where I am managing more than 2000+ Accounts in the UK and making sure these account are trading with Lexmark and have their Level of partnership be upgraded to a higher tiered level partner. I have the Experience, Dealing with these resellers and customers have honed my skills in the area of customer service. Business account managers in Lexmark that assigns me adhoc or administrative task have a great ease of mind when handing over these task to me since I deal with these tasks in an organized manner coupled with the sense of urgency thereby promoting a Good level of satisfaction. I am a Oriented person i always concentrate on achieving a purpose, rather than being distracted by other matters.
