Profile Description

I am a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist who builds lead-to-client systems for small businesses, consultancies, and service agencies. I design and deploy complete GHL automation snapshots that cover the full lifecycle: inquiry capture, qualification routing, appointment confirmation and reminders, no-show recovery, nurture sequences, win-back campaigns, and post-appointment follow-up. Every workflow includes DND compliant SMS gating, business hours enforcement, real-time Slack team alerts, and mid-sequence exit gates so converted leads do not get spammed.

When native GHL features hit a limit, I extend them with custom web applications, API integrations, and AI workflow assistants. I handle full account setup, domain and email configuration, A2P 10DLC registration, and third-party integrations including Zapier, Make, Slack, and Zoom.

I offer three engagement models: process audits for businesses with broken workflows, one-time GHL snapshot builds with documentation and handoff training, and monthly retainers for ongoing automation management. Every project starts with mapping how work actually moves today so we do not build a faster path to the wrong outcome.
