Profile Description

I am a result oriented person and very time conscious. I am currently employed as a supervisor in a call center. I am presently managing an account with a telecommunication service. The reason I was hired to that post is that I am a problem solver.
Prior to my supervisory post, I've worked as a technical support representative for high speed internet account for two (2) years then I moved to another account where I worked as a business software specialist for QuickBooks for eight (8) months. I was exposed to help business owners and their people to fix their financial reports and other financial data entry to their software.
While I was working, I am also doing a project business related to fuel and food. I've done some research on food processing, food preservation, advantages and disadvantages of alternative fuel, safety of alternative fuel and marketability of LPG in the Philippines.
I am very familiar to MS applications such as power point, publisher, word, excel, and etc. I am also familiar troubleshooting for email client configuration and internet connection problems.
