As a nurse, i am honed to be flexible to different areas and to enhance my initiative to take good care of my patient's hidden needs. It is also a great factor to have a very good interpersonal skills so us to help me understand the patient better.
Having worked on a BPO industry help me hone my skills in communication and Language. Making use of English language to communicate and uncover client's needs.
I am also particular in giving the best customer service to my clients, in fact during my call-center experience I have received a lot of commendation from my callers/customers because of my exceptional service.
I am also good in planning and organizing. I have proven this through my event organizing from grandious weddings to the simpliest birthday parties.
I am very much dedicated to my work but the stability of my income lures me to find another job since i am only just working as a reliever so financial compensation is an issue. Rest assured that I am reliable and can tolerate stress in any faces. Confidentiality wouldnt be a problem because I am a reliable and Trust-worthy person.
