I have been with the same company I work for currently for 6 years and I am so blessed to be given the opportunity to work on various tasks before I was given the chance to develop contact center agents as a supervisor. Let me give a brief summary or background of the tasks I was assigned to which greatly contributed to the skills i have. To start, as one of the contact center representatives I was assigned to helping out my teammates improve on their English skills by creating activities for them. I was then tasked to be subject matter expert for both product and language skills. After a year i became a supervisor and I am working closely on helping my agents improve on perfecting the
English language.
