I graduated with a Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Electronics Communication Technology from Bulacan State University.I have over 4 years of experience working in this field as an All-around Virtual Assistant. I have worked with various clients, helping them grow their businesses and simplify their lives. My primary focus has been in the eCommerce industry. I can manage the entire store process, from product research and editing to uploading products on Shopify. Additionally, I can create pages, generate content, and design graphics. I excel at enhancing the design and layout for each Shopify page, and I have even built entire stores from scratch. Marketing is also in my skill set; I edit photos and videos, brainstorm promotions, and handle Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Ads. Furthermore, I am proficient in customer service through email, managing tasks such as negotiating returns, refunds, or order cancellations. I am also capable of communicating with suppliers and ambassadors.
