Hi, I'm Karina Pagapulangan. I graduated with a Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Electronics Communication Technology from Bulacan State University.I have over 6 years of experience working in this field as an All-around Virtual Assistant. I have 2 years of experience in product listing and cross-platform inventory management. I use List Perfectly to efficiently transfer and publish listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces including Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Etsy. I’m familiar with optimizing titles, images, keywords, categories, and item specifics to improve visibility and sales performance.

I have worked with various clients, helping them grow their businesses and simplify their lives. My primary focus has been on the eCommerce industry. I can manage the entire store process, from product research and editing to uploading products on Shopify. Additionally, I can create pages, generate content, and design graphics. I excel at enhancing the design and layout for each Shopify page, and I have even built entire stores from scratch. Marketing is also in my skill set; I edit photos and videos, brainstorm promotions, and handle Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Ads.

 Furthermore, I am proficient in customer service through email, managing tasks such as negotiating returns, refunds, or order cancellations. I am also capable of communicating with suppliers and ambassadors. Previously, I held the role of Operations Manager at Menstrendzz Corporation in the US. In this position, I managed a team and provided guidance on tasks, ensuring effective execution and adherence to company rules. 

I also held a role as a Researcher and Data Encoder at Recruiting Intelligence in the US. Here, I conducted thorough research and organized essential details systematically into a database. My tenure with them lasted for nearly 5 months, from January 2019 to May 2019

.I have also worked as an Image Finder, Photo Editor, and Graphic Designer for a US-based e-commerce company. Over time, I was promoted to Video Editor and eventually to Media Supervisor/Graphic Designer. In this role, I managed a team of around 10 people, overseeing media-related tasks for Shopify. Unfortunately, my time with the company ended due to unforeseen circumstances. I worked with them for 9 months, from April 2018 to December 2018
