- Receives and encodes incoming documents for the City Administrator’s action
and signature;

2. Lease Contract
3. Project Design
4. Payroll
5. Notice of Step Increment (NOSI)/ Notice of Salary Adjustment (NOSA)
6. Purchase Request - Capital Outlay
7. Monetization
- Records/encodes and assign control numbers on outgoing communication for dissemination and delivery.
- Attends to queries on requests received by the office.
- Does other related functions as required by the superior.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications ( MS Word, Powerpoint, MS-Excel)
- Experienced office worker
- Dedicated and focused; able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Independent and self-motivated
