Having worked as a Customer Service, Technical Support & Sales Representative within 4 years, I have already developed a lot of skills. I can say as well that I have a good command in the using the King's language, both written and verbal. Soft and telephony skills and email-handling as well are two most important things one must have to be able to communicate with customers/clients well. Also, with great listening and typing skills. My last job position was a Publishing Consultant or an Outbound Sales Representative for a US and Canada-based Publishing Company. There I was able to utilize and apply all that I've learned so I'm mostly equipped and eager to join another company now. I also can work with less supervision, punctual & diligent and can handle multi-tasking jobs or even flexible schedules. In a nutshell, I want a long-term and stable job but still get to work in the comforts of my own home and hope to help a lot of businesses or companies grow.
“For years, I maxed out my hours, got burnt out, and the quality of my work would start to go down. I decided to take the leap, hire correctly, and now it frees up my time to focus on growing the business.”
