Profile Description

From past job experiences I had I can say I have gained more. I started belonging rank and file levels however through hard work I was able to make my way and has climbed the corporate ladder until managing a department. Since I started as a customer service representative to a telemarketer from both local and international companies, I am confident to say I have truly gained techniques in sales and most especially in dealing with people. As a former Training Manager from a call center company I may say I have gained success through people I have guided which had been successful in their fields. As a former Membership Manager I may say I was able to even more improved my qualities in dealing with people especially in handling complains and correspondences through direct interaction and documentation.
I may do administrative tasks, coordination and even do interpretation of data gathered. I had previous superiors whom I was able to impress as I may adapt easily to set goals or targets. My superiors had found me good in decision making by having the ability to foresee possible challenges and create comprehensive plans.
