I am quite well versed at using and troubleshooting windows operating systems and applications such as xp, vista, 7, MS Office, and Windows Live Apps. Also, being a graduate of an Associate Course in Computer Science, I am able to work with programming languages such as Visual Basic, Java, Javascript, and PHP+MySQL. Athough I am not saying that I am an expert, I can say that I can create productive and presentable programs an web applications using Visual Basic and PHP+MySQL.
I am currently working as a tech support representative for a big DSL internet provider in the US which makes me qualified as a support reprentative for internet connectivity troubleshooting. It is also my primary training ground for my english communication skills as we interact directly with customers over the phone.
