KAJABI:
• Create and design website, landing pages, blog page, course
• Build Kajabi online courses and membership pages including uploading materials
• Set up Kajabi funnels and automation: Opt-in, forms, lead magnets, webinar, workshops, tags, emails sequences)
• Design email campaigns and newsletters sent weekly to subscribers
• Content and website management

CONTENT MANAGEMENT:
• Upload and schedule podcast episodes and blog posts on Buzzsprout and Kajabi
• Graphic design using CANVA for social media, email marketing, course pages, thumbnails, PDF files, workbooks

OPERATIONS:
• Streamlining workflow and process documentation.
• Project management using Trello, Asana, Slack. Creating checklist to ensure no tasks get overlooked (ex. After-purchase work)

11 years of experience in Customer Service, Training and Quality Management, and Virtual Assistance that includes valuable skills and knowledge in responding to clients through phone and email, training and mentoring new recruits, operations management, process and system management, Kajabi.
