Profile Description

I am well versed with the Computer technology and I can work on the internet very efficiently.
I have 6 years of Call Center experience mainly supporting American resellers like Best Buy , PC Connection, Insight USA, CDW and many others and help them build an I.T solution for their customers.
My english skills has been already proven excellent in both oral and written. In my 6 years of experience, I have improved my interpersonal and communication skills and also contributed a lot of useful tools to my co-workers and to the company. I also work as a freelance web developer supporting ASP , access database , a little bit of VB.net and PHP skills but I can work fast-paced with these technologies if given an opportunity. As an additional income, I also repair and assemble PCs ranging for ordinary / regular business use to mid-high end gaming rigs. I also have a good knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Application) for Excel and I use it to create different types of resources for my team. I also possess a good knowledge of PC troubleshooting both actual and remote.
