I have worked as recruitment specialist responsible in building the candidate pipeline and pre-screening process. Since we are located in Asia, we used American line to call our applicants. I also send emails for the requirements, provide additional information of what to expect, and dictates the visa and other procedures to the applicants who passed the interview.
