I was able to work as a CSR for Straighttalk Wireless, a prepaid phone company in the United States. I do technical assistance to subscribers in resloving issues when they are unable to make or receive calls, no coverage area, unable to set up voicemail, unable to receive minutes or load, process phones for warranty exchange, answers to their queries and do basic trouble shooting. I am currently working as a telemarketer for US Directory Internet Yellow Pages, an online advertising search directory.
