I have held various jobs in diverse fields in the past 10 years.
8 of those years were spent in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, where I was given responsibilities in customer service, sales, and email response.
I was also given a chance to handle operations teams as a supervisor, improve my database and reporting skills as an administrative assistant, and facilitate classes as a trainer.
I have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, having utilized most of its applications in all the jobs I have had.
I've done article writing and spinning for an SEO company, covering a diverse client range.
Apart from the BPO industry, I've also dabbled in musical theater.
I've been performing on and off for the past 18 years.
I've also conducted various workshops in acting and play writing.
When there is a need, I give one-on-one workshops in song interpretation.
Depending on the material, I can also do voice overs song interpretation as well.
