Profile Description

I was employed for nine years in a real estate company. I was hired as an Accounting Assistant but worked on documents from the moment of purchase of clients up to the point that the Certificate of Title of the lot they purchased will be transferred into their names. I am assigned to prepare Buyers Information Form, Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute and other documents related to purchase of properties such as Special Power of Attorney, Waiver of Rights and Interest, Letter Request and Communications with the different government agencies. I am also assigned to prepare Bureau of Internal Revenue Forms such as Withholding Tax Forms, Capital Gains Tax Forms and Documentary Stamp Tax forms. I would secure necessary documents such as Tax Declarations and Certification of No Improvement from the Office of the City Assessor, request for a certified copy of Torrens of Title from the Registry of Deeds and other documents needed of the Bureau of Internal Revenue in order to issue the Certificate of Authorizing Registration. Certificate Authorizing Registration will then be presented to the Office of the City or Provincial Registry of Deeds for the Certificate of Title to be declared to new owner of the property. I would also work on the computation and preparation of the Real Property Taxes of all the properties owned by three companies I worked with. I also gained knowledge on mortgage transactions both on chattel mortgage and Real Estate Mortgage. I also work as a part-time real estate broker/salesman. I resigned from work to manage the operations of our Trucking/Forwarding business I and two of my friends invested in. I entertained the idea of working at the convenience of my home June 2012. I started working as VA early September doing Outbound calls to banks in Texas. Also worked as Appointment setter for a realtor at Washington both on buyer and seller side. I am a Certified Investment Solicitor of the leading mutual fund in the country.
