Profile Description

I was more into the BPO industry for the past 3 years and it was focused on Customer Service. The experiences I had gave me the chance to develop my interpersonal skills, especially in handling a team. I started out as an agent but because of my perseverance and my constant drive for learning, I was promoted to a Senior Representative and later became a Team Leader.
During those times, I was able to gain confidence in working with programs in computers (Word, Excel) since those were the major means for communication and in submitting our deliverables.
