I've been in a contact center industry for 3 years. I started as an outbound support specialist assisting US and Canadian customers offshore. This gave me a lot of knowledge about the culture in the US and most especially the call handling process. Furthermore, I got promoted as a Team Leader when I applied at 825 Solutions in Panabo City, an hour away from the large city of Davao. It was a great opportunity and challenge so to speak to handle a team and provide them enough knowledge about the contact center objectives and the way to handle a call. This was a successful experience.
Due to business needs, I was transferred to the HR department as Recruitment administrator. I conduct the initial screening of applicants including the endorsement for operations interview and the signing of contract. Thus, I visit nearby cities to get more people and invite them to apply in our center.
