I have worked as an administrative assistant for the sales force in a multinational company for six years before i entered the teaching profession. My previous work includes providing administrative assistance to the bosses such as: managing their calendars, gathering reports and preparing slide presentations for them, facilitating the logistic requirements of their meetings (venue, food, plane tickets, hotel bookings, travel allowances requests etc.) and monitoring of field reps activities, budgets and sales. I also act as channel of communication from the field sales reps to the different department in the company and vice versa. I can work well with Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
