I utilized Excel and PowerPoint, to manage customer database, product updates, and upgrades. I used online classifieds ads website to promote designed ads, brochures, tarpaulins, increasing client inquiries. I patronized e-forms, impressing clients with a quicker and easier way to fill up information, enhancing positive customer experience.
